Here’s how to get party-ready for your Igloft dome experience!
🏡 Step 1: Clear the Party Zone
Before we arrive, make sure your setup space is:
✔️ Clear of wood, rocks, debris & sharp objects
✔️ Free from pets 🐾
✔️ Away from swing sets, bushes & low-hanging branches
✔️ Spacious enough for your dome to shine
Think of it as making room for the main character of your event

⚡ Step 2: Power Up the Fun
Your dome needs power to stay fully inflated and fabulous!
An outlet must be within 50 feet of the setup area. If the outlet is farther than 50 feet, the dome may not stay properly inflated — and that’s a MAJOR safety issue. No worries though! If power is too far away, let us know and we can add extra item to your order for an additional fee.
🚫 Step 3: Party Rules
We love a good party — but let’s protect the dome!
❌ No Silly String
❌ No Paint
❌ No Sharp items near dome
❌ No Smoking in or near dome
These items can stain or damage the dome and nobody wants that party foul 🙅🏽♀️
🚨Step 4: BIG RULE: NO ADHESIVES. PERIOD!!!
❌ No duct tape
❌ No glue
❌ No toys
❌ No sticky substance of any kind
Using adhesives is considered intentional damage and will result in a repair fee between
$100–$500.

Rental Hours and Pricing Options
Rental fee $55 an hour
Prices listed do not include delivery fee.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Flat Rate: $35
Delivery fee may vary slightly based on location, distance, accessibility, time of event, or additional setup requirements.
Rental Duration Total Cost
⏱ 4 Hours (Minimum) $220
⏱ 6 Hours = $330
⏱ 8 Hours (Maximum) = $440
📌 Important Details
Rental time begins at scheduled delivery/setup time.
Additional time must be booked in advance.
A security deposit of 50% of your rental price may be required to secure your date.
Late extension notice may result in additional hourly charges.
No Mid-Rental Refunds: Once the dome is set up an the rental period has begun no refunds or credits will be issued for related interruptions.
**Weather Policies for Guest Safety**
The safety of our guests is our top priority. Inflatable structures are particularly vulnerable to severe weather conditions. If wind speeds reach 20 mph or if lightning is detected within a three-mile radius, the dome must be evacuated and deflated immediately. While the dome is waterproof and can withstand light rain, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone rentals in the event of heavy downpours.
